Complete the Shareholder Application Form by providing:

Review Legal Documents and Upload Supporting Documents
Before submitting your application, please read and accept the following legal documents:
- Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)
- Shareholder Agreement
- Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
You will then upload the following supporting documents:
- Certified Copy of your South African ID or Passport
- Proof of Residential Address (not older than 3 months)
- Proof of Bank Account or Bank Confirmation Letter
- Beneficiary ID Copy (for beneficiaries aged 18 years and older)
- Beneficiary Birth Certificate (for beneficiaries under the age of 18)
Please ensure that all uploaded documents are clear, valid, and legible. Once all required information and supporting documents have been uploaded, click Submit Application.
Receive Your Shareholder Reference Number
After submitting your application, the system will automatically:
- Generate a unique Shareholder Reference Number.
- Save your application securely in the EquityHub Partners database.
- Notify the EquityHub Partners Administration Team.
- Send you a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your application together with your Shareholder Reference Number.
Your Shareholder Reference Number is your unique application identifier and must be used for all future communication, payment tracking, and shareholder enquiries.
Make Your Payment
Using your Shareholder Reference Number, choose your preferred payment method:
- Secure Online Payment
- Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)
- Cash Deposit
Always use your Shareholder Reference Number as your payment reference to ensure your payment is correctly matched to your shareholder application.
Once your payment has been successfully received, your application will proceed to the verification stage.
Application Review and Share Allocation
The EquityHub Partners Administration Team will:
- Verify your application.
- Verify your supporting documents.
- Confirm receipt of your payment.
- Approve your shareholder registration.
- Allocate your shares.
- Register you as an official shareholder.
- Issue your Share Certificate.
- Send your Shareholder Welcome Pack and confirmation of ownership.
