Submit Application

On submission, a unique Membership Number will be automatically generated (e.g. GNE-2026-000001). Your completed application will be securely stored and a PDF copy will be emailed to admin@equityhubpartners.co.za. A confirmation email with your application PDF will also be sent to you. You will also have the option to download your application as a PDF and print a copy for your records.

After Admin Review

If approved, you will be requested to provide:

Proof of Residential Address
Proof of Bank Account (if required)
Proof of Payment

Once verified, your shares are allocated, you are registered as a shareholder, a Share Certificate is issued, and you receive a welcome pack confirming ownership.
